We understand that our customers' needs and comfort levels are unique. So, if you are not sleeping better during the first 90 nights, we will help you find a different solution.
If, with the purchase of a new Mattress Protector from Sleepy Hollow, you are unable to comfortably adjust to the support of your new mattress, you have up to the 90th day from delivery date to take advantage of our Comfort Guarantee.
- We require you sleep on the new mattress for 30 days before exercising the option to re-select
- If you select a mattress of greater value, you can simply pay the difference
- If you select a model of lesser value, you will be issued a store credit for the difference
- A delivery fee/exchange fee will be assessed
- Guarantee is limited to ONE exchange
- All promotional or complimentary goods, services, discounts, and finance fees will be assessed upon exchange
Special orders, clearance merchandise, floor models, adjustable bases, mattress protectors, furniture, pillo0ws, promotional and accessory items, warranty exchanges, and unsanitary/soiled beds are excluded from this program.
